The Company are established in 1994 and We have crewing licence from the (S.E.C.D.) Seamen Employment Control Division under Ministry of Transport and Department of Marine Administration (D.M.A).

We can sign the agreement directly, because our companies are some of the few Crew Manning Companies which are authorized, and recognized by SECD & DMA as crewing providers. Other companies doing seamen business are working as local Representatives only.

During all the years of providing crew recruitment services for our Principals, we have gained considerable experience in manning different types of vessels carrying multinational officers and crew such as:

• Dry Cargo Vessels - Container vessels, Multi-purpose vessels, Ro/Ro vessels, General Cargo Vessels, Capesize, Panamax and Handy-size Bulk Carriers

• Reefer Vessels

• Tankers - all sort of tankers and supply vessels

• Cruise Vessels (Hotel Crew and Maritime Crew)

COMPULSORY FOR ALL CREW

It is compulsory for all our crews to undergo standardized training for relevant certifications with STCW 95 compliance prescribed as mandatory by the IMO White List and must follow a myriad of specific rules and regulations that have to be implemented as demanded by the IMO and our Crew Quality Assurance Program. In this respect we have been able to muster an unflagging enthusiasm for the benefit of our Principals, making sure our Principals get only the best.

CRUISE VESSELS

It is mandatory for all staff of cruise vessels to attend basic safety training courses, and successfully obtain certificates issued by Government Recognized Institutes. In addition, all crew must attend special courses for English proficiency; ship familiarization, safety training etc. and supplementary for all Food & Beverage crew guidelines towards Hygiene and Sanitation are regularly conducted through our arrangements.
