Agreement with S.E. C. D. ( The Seamon Employment Control Division ) and insurance shall be responsible for all account and insurance cover by P& I club regulation by ship company owner.

1. The documents required for a foreign shipping manning copany in order to sign the agreement with S. E. C. D are as follows _

1. Registration , Bank Status and Profile of the company with Myanmar Embassy’s endorsement.

2. Crew Manning Authority by one shipping lien if it id a crew Manning company ( with terms and condition signed by both parties ) .

3. Power of Attorney.

4. Ship’s List.

5. Salary List.

6. Lacal Representative’s Appointment.

7. P& I club

2. The deposit money and the departmental charges.

1. The deposit money US$ 5000 must be submitted by foreign shipping manning company.

2. The departmental charges USS 4 per seaman per month must also be submitted by foreign shipping manning company .

3. The compensation and other matters are applied in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the general agreement .
